THE PROCESS

Set Up for Monthly Ads Management In Just a Few Steps

The first step is to connect your Google and Facebook accounts (or any other platform account) to our account. We will send you a request to add us as an administrator to your accounts. The accounts will remain yours and in your control. So when ad campaigns are created, all the details and settings will be all in your account. We cannot access any other parts of your Google or Facebook account, just the ads part. If you decide later to end our ad management service, you simply click "disconnect" and we will no longer have access to your accounts. Plus, all your ad campaign settings and data will remain.

Based on information about your target customers or clients, what your sales goals are, and what demographic and geographic areas your business markets to, we will set up ad campaigns. It will typically be one Google ad campaign, and one Facebook ad (or LinkedIn or X if it's B2B). We will work with you to determine your ad spend budget, but you can usually do well with $150 to $300 per month in ad spending. There are many targeting options, especially for Google ads. This is where experience and strategy come into play. When an ad campaign is running, we do a weekly ad check and make adjustments to settings in order to achieve the best performance.

With all ad platforms like Google and Facebook, ads will usually feature both text and images. For ad campaigns, we will design captivating and professional images, as well as write effective copy designed to get clicks to your website. There is a lot of strategy and best practices involved in ad design. Ad design, search keywords and landing pages (your website) all have to work together in order to achieve not only sales conversions on your website, but lower the cost of your ad spend.

Ad campaigns usually should run at least 2 to 3 weeks, but preferrably longer. This is because Google, Facebook and other social media platforms utilize many algorithmic ad optimizations that requre it to "learn" about who is clicking on your ads. But you can stop any ad campaign at any time. One of the great benefits of digital ads is that, if they are performing well, that is, you are seeing a lot of ad clicks and conversions on your website, you can increase both the length of time they run, as well as increase the ad budget. Likewise, poor performing campaigns can be stopped, saving money.

Finally, the last step in running ad campaigns for your business is assessing and analyzing campaigns, looking at many performance metrics. Some of these include click through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC) and more. Other things that we look at to see where adjustments need to be made is an anlysis of the demographic and geographic results of who is clicking on ads and who is not. This post-campaign analysis helps, over time, to further target your ads at the right markets to get the best results.
